The Power of Pop Culture

The theme of our event is “The Power of Pop Culture”. We aren’t restricting speeches to topics like movies or comics. We are exploring different perspectives, including the artistic outlook, scientific investigations, and societal ordeals. Pop culture means something that is generally recognised by members of society, including the influences of pop culture in all segments of society in Hong Kong, or even include society at large. The reason why we have selected pop culture as a topic is that culture permeates all societies. It defines who we are, how we think and how it influences our mindset - therefore, where we will go.
